江浙徽派民居古建筑的保护策略--以闲林埠为例

摘　　要：从历史和审美的角度来看,闲林埠古建筑渗透了古人的思想、审美和智慧,记录了当地的商业文化,是研究明清以来江浙历史文化的重要实物资料。但是城市化的加速使得原有的建筑遗产稍有不慎便沦入被废弃的境地。如何保护好历史街区,同时使其能够融入现代生活,不仅是政府部门思考和忧心的问题,同时也是笔者作为一线从业者的责任。本文结合笔者自身在闲林埠项目的实施经历,介绍江浙徽派民居古建筑的保护策略。From the perspectives of history and aesthetics,the ancient architecture of Xianlin Port permeates the thoughts,aesthetics and wisdom of the ancients,and records the local commercial culture,which is an important material for studying the history and culture of Jiangsu and Zhejiang since the Ming and Qing Dynasties.However,with the acceleration of urbanization,a little carelessness of the original architectural heritage will lead to abandonment.How to protect historical blocks and integrate them into modern life is not only the problem that government departments think and worry about,but also the responsibility of the author as a front-line practitioner.Combined with the author's own experience in the implementation of Xianlin Port project,this paper introduces the protection strategies of ancient residential buildings of Anhui style in Jiangsu and Zhejiang.
