摘　　要：装配式建筑近年来在我国快速发展,预制外墙密封胶防水问题亟待解决。本文以成都锦丰新城项目为例,对密封胶防水进行了现场试验。试验表明,密封胶最适宜的使用温度范围为5℃~40℃;在项目实际应用过程中,总结了该技术的施工工艺流程与工艺要点。结果表明,该预制外墙防水技术实用可靠,可有效保证装配式建筑使用过程中的防水性能要求。The prefabricated building has developed rapidly in China this year,and the waterproof sealant problem of prefabricated external wall needs to be solved.Taking Chengdu Jinfeng new city project as an example,the field test of sealant waterproof is carried out.The test shows that the most suitable temperature range of sealant is 5℃~40℃.In the practical application of the project,the construction process and key points of the technology are summarized.The results show that the waterproof technology of prefabricated exterior wall is practical and reliable,which can effectively ensure the waterproof performance requirements of the prefabricated building during the use stage.
