摘 要:目的研究12种植物精油对白纹伊蚊的驱避活性及化学成分分析。方法采用Y型管法测定驱避效果,对筛选出的桉叶油采用气质联用色谱技术(GC-MS)定性分析其化学成分。结果 6种精油对白纹伊蚊具有驱避活性,30 min平均驱避率为59.39%~83.60%,桉叶油、香茅油驱避等级为A级,桉叶油30 min平均驱避率为83.60%。经GC-MS分析鉴定出桉油精含29种成分,其中桉油精22.43%,醇类27.45%,烯类17.47%,酮类5.03%,醛类8.14%。结论桉叶油对白纹伊蚊具有良好的驱避活性,具有开发成为驱蚊剂的潜力。Objective To evaluate the Aedes albopictus repellent activities and chemical composition of 12 essential oils.Methods The "Y" type pipe method was employed to evaluate the repellent effect.The compositions of essential oils were qualitatively analyzed using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Results Six essential oils showed repellent activity against Ae.albopictus,and the repellent rate were 59.39%-83.60% in 30 min.Repellent grade of eucalyptus oil and citronella oil were grade Ae.Repellent rate of eucalyptus oil was 83.60% in 30 min.A total of 29 compounds were identified from eucalyptus oil, including eucalyptus oil(22.43%),alcohols(27.45%),alkenes(17.47%),ketones(5.03%),aldehydes(8.14%).Conclusion The results suggest that eucalyptus oil could be exploited as potential eco-friendly mosquito control agents.
