硅藻土粉剂对德国小蠊和小黄家蚁的杀灭效果研究

摘　　要：目的评价85%硅藻土粉剂对常见居家害虫德国小蠊和小黄家蚁的杀灭效果。方法采用GB/T 13917.1-2009《农药登记用卫生杀虫剂室内药效试验及评价第1部分喷射剂》中的滞留喷洒试验方法进行强迫接触试验。结果 85%硅藻土粉剂按5.0 g/m^(2)用量涂布于3种试验板面,德国小蠊接触晾干45 d的水泥板面72 h死亡率为100%,接触晾干60 d的醇酸清漆木板72 h死亡率为100%,接触晾干90 d的玻璃面72 h死亡率为86.67%。小黄家蚁接触晾干45 d的水泥板面、晾干60 d的醇酸清漆木板面和晾干90 d的玻璃面的死亡率均为100%。结论 85%硅藻土粉剂处理表面对德国小蠊和小黄家蚁表现出较好的防治效果。Objective To determine the efficacy of 85% diatomite powder against Blattella germanica and Monomorium pharaonis.Methods Forced exposure test was conducted according to national standards GB/T 13917.1-2009 "Laboratory efficacy test methods and criterions of public henlth insecticides for pesticide registration-part 1:Spray fluid".Results 85% diatomite was painted on three types of boards with 5.0 g/m^(2).The 72 h mortalities of Blattella germanica contacted with the treated cement board 45 days after the painting were 100%,100% contacted with the alkyd resin varnish board 60 days after the painting, and 86.67% contacted with the silicate glass board 90 days after painting.The 72 h mortalities of Monomorium pharaonis contacted the treated cement board 45 days after the painting, contacted the alkyd resin varnish board 60 days after the painting, and contacted the silicate glass board 90 days after painting were all 100%.Conclusion The surfaces treated with 85% diatomite powder showed obvious control effect against B.germanica and M.pharaonis.
