摘 要:目的分析河北省鼠疫自然疫源地动物间鼠疫流行年与非流行年宿主密度差异及关系,为鼠疫防控提供依据。方法统计分析1990—2020年河北省鼠疫自然疫源地宿主动物监测数据,宿主密度正态性检验使用矩法,动物间鼠疫流行年和非流行年宿主密度差异比较使用Wilcoxon秩和检验,宿主密度和动物间鼠疫流行关系用Spearman秩相关。结果长爪沙鼠密度在非流行年呈非正态分布,而在流行年呈正态分布;流行年长爪沙鼠密度高于非流行年(u=2.08,P﹤0.05),长爪沙鼠密度和动物间鼠疫流行正相关(r’s=0.38,P﹤0.05)。结论长爪沙鼠密度升高是河北省鼠疫自然疫源地动物间鼠疫流行的危险因素,为降低动物间鼠疫发生风险,应密切关注长爪沙鼠的密度变化,及时采取灭鼠措施。Objective To analyze the difference and relationship between the density of host animal in animal plague epidemic year and non-epidemic year in plague natural foci of Hebei Province, and to provide basis for the prevention and control of plague.Methods The monitoring data of host animals in plague natural foci of Hebei Province from 1990 to 2020 was analyzed.The normal distribution of host density was determined by moment method.Wilcoxon signed rank test was used to compare the differences between the density of host animal in animal plague epidemic year and non-epidemic year, and Spearman rank correlation was used to analyze the relationship between host density and plague epidemics.Results The density data of Meriones unguiculatus in non-epidemic years was non-normal distribution and that in epidemic years was normal distribution.The density of Meriones unguiculatus in epidemic years was higher than that in non-epidemic years(u=2.08,P﹤0.05),and the density of Meriones unguiculatus was positively correlated with plague epidemics in animals(r’s=0.38,P﹤0.05).Conclusion The high density of Meriones unguiculatus is a risk factor of plague epidemics in animals in plague natural foci of Hebei Province.In order to reduce the risk of plague epidemics in animals, it is necessary to pay close attention to the density change of Meriones unguiculatus and take rodent control measures in time.
