摘  要:目的了解常州市媒介白纹伊蚊种群密度、季节消长和不同生境分布规律。方法采用布雷图指数(BI)法和双层叠帐法对媒介白纹伊蚊幼蚊和成蚊进行密度监测。结果 2017—2020年全市白纹伊蚊幼虫BI为2.63~5.16,主要分布在居民区、农村自然村和居民区外环境,年平均帐诱指数为4.26~5.29只/(帐·h),7—9月帐诱指数较高。公园/竹林、工地成蚊密度较高。结论常州市白纹伊蚊分布广泛,成蚊密度较高,应加强媒介伊蚊的综合防治。Objective To learn the population density, seasonality and distribution patterns of Aedes albopictus in different habitats in Changzhou.Methods Breteau index(BI) method was adopted for monitoring the larval density of Aedes albopictus,while double layered mosquito net method was for monitoring the density of adult Aedes albopictus.Results From 2017 to 2020,the BIs fluctuated between 2.63 and 5.16,and the Ae.albopictus larva were mainly distributed in residential areas, rural natural villages and the environment outside the residential area.The average annual mosquito-net trap indexes fluctuated between 4.26 and 5.29 insects per net in an hour, and the higher indexes were seen from July to September.The density of adult mosquitoes was higher in bamboo forests of parks and construction sites.Conclusion Ae.albopictus was widely distributed in Changzhou City, and adult mosquito density was higher.It is necessary to take integrated management in Aedes control.
