摘  要:目的了解西安市城镇蚊虫侵害情况,为蚊虫防治提供科学依据。方法在全市11个行政区随机抽取调查生境。采用路径指数法调查小型积水中蚊幼虫密度;采用人诱停落法调查成蚊密度;采用勺捕法调查大中型水体蚊幼虫密度。结果小型积水共调查生境4种224处,路径指数为0.56,控制水平为C级,生境中居委会和城区中的阎良区、雁塔区路径指数超过了容许水平。大中型水体共调查26处生境,控制水平为B级,密度最高的是长安区,采样勺指数为5.00%,密度指数为7.50只/勺。外环境共调查21处生境,停落指数为0.46只/人,为A级,最高的是灞桥区,为1.33只/人。全市城镇蚊虫控制水平为C级。结论西安市城镇蚊密度控制情况还有待提高。老旧城区市政基础设施的彻底改造,对于蚊虫防治工作具有重要意义。Objective To get the information of mosquito infestation in the urban area of Xi’an,and provide scientific basis for mosquito control.Methods Randomly selecting survey units from 11 administrative districts of the city.Path index method was adopted to investigate the density of mosquito larval in the small-scale ponding,human-bait method for adult mosquito density monitoring,and spoon-capture method for monitoring on mosquito larval density.Results A total of 224 sites of 4 kinds of habitats were investigated in the small-scale ponding,the path index was 0.56 satisfying the control level C.The path index of the neighborhood committee,Yanliang District and Yanta District exceeded the allowable level.A total of 26 habitats were surveyed in large and medium-sized waters,with a control level of B.Chang’an District was the place where the highest sampling spoon index as much as 5.00%and the highest larvae spoon index as much as 7.50 insects per spoon were found.A total of 21 habitats were surveyed in the outdoor environment,and the landing index was 0.46 insects per person,meeting grade A.The district with the highest landing index(1.13)was the Baqiao District.The general control level was grade C in urban areas of Xi’an.Conclusion Mosquito control work in the urban of Xi’an still needs to be improved.It is recommended that the municipal infrastructure should be completely reformed in old blocks,which may be helpful for mosquito management.
