摘 要:目的掌握沈阳市淡色库蚊幼虫对5种常用杀虫剂的抗药性水平。方法采用幼虫浸液法进行抗性监测。结果淡色库蚊幼虫对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、敌敌畏、残杀威、双硫磷的抗性倍数分别为10.53、14.74、7.53、3.97和0.38倍。结论初步了解了沈阳市淡色库蚊幼虫对5种常用杀虫剂的抗性现状,可为合理选用杀虫剂,延缓抗性产生提供参考。Objective To investigate the resistance level of Cx.pipiens pallens larvae to five commonly used insecticides in Shenyang.Methods The larvae immersion method was adopted for resistance test.Results The Cx.pipiens pallens larvae developed 10.53,14.74,7.53,3.97 and 0.38 folds resistance respectively to cypermethrin, deltamethrin, dichlorvos, propoxur and temephos.Conclusion The insecticide resistance of Cx.pipiens pallens larvae in Shenyang was preliminary understood, providing reference for rational insecticide application and delaying resistance development.
