摘 要:本文聚焦研究夏热冬冷地区城镇居住建筑能耗强度的影响因素。首先以人口、居民生活水平、城镇建设发展水平和社会发展水平为一级指标,居民消费价格指数、城镇燃气普及率、城镇化率、人均GDP、第三产业增加值和大额家用电器总功率为二级指标,采用相关系数法对我国夏热冬冷地区城镇居住建筑能耗强度与所选二级指标进行分析。结果表明,城镇化率的R值0.9673为最高且在夏热冬冷地区不同省市城镇化率对能耗强度的影响波动范围较小,即夏热冬冷地区城镇居住建筑能耗强度受城镇化率的影响较高。This paper focuses on the influencing factors of energy consumption intensity of urban residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas.Firstly,the population,living standard of residents,development level of urban construction and social development are taken as primary indicators,while consumer price index,urban gas penetration rate,urbanization rate,per capita GDP,added value of tertiary industry and total power of large household appliances are summarized as secondary indicators.The correlation coefficient method is used to analyze the energy consumption intensity of urban residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas in China and the selected secondary indicators.The results show that R value of urbanization rate is 0.9673,which is the highest.And the influence of urbanization rate on energy consumption intensity has a small fluctuation range in different provinces and cities in hot summer and cold winter areas.That is to say,the energy consumption intensity of urban residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas is more affected by urbanization rate.
