摘　　要：本文通过调研高海拔地区城镇集中供热项目基本情况,分析项目的能耗情况、能源管理以及能源计量及在线监测,并在此基础上分析问题,提出工作建议。This paper investigates the basic situation of urban central heating projects in high altitude areas,analyzes the energy consumption,energy management,energy measurement and on-line monitoring of this projects,and on this basis,analyzes the problems and puts forward some suggestions.
