摘 要:目的:探讨生物反馈放松疗法对骨关节炎患者血清护骨素(osteoprotegerin,OPG)与核因子κB受体活化因子配体(receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB ligand,RANKL)表达的影响。方法:选择2017年8月-2020年6月在本院骨科诊治的膝骨关节炎患者114例,根据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各57例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上给予生物反馈放松疗法治疗,两组均治疗观察4周,记录血CRP、ESR、血清OPG、RANKL表达水平的变化。结果:研究组总有效率为98.25%,高于对照组的87.72%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后Lysholm评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血CRP、ESR水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后血清OPG水平均高于治疗前(P<0.05),RANKL水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生物反馈放松疗法在骨关节炎患者中的应用能调节血清OPG/RANKL分泌平衡,抑制CRP、ESR的释放,从而改善患者的膝关节功能,提高治疗效果。Objective:To explore the effect of biofeedback relaxation therapy on the expression of serum osteoprotegerin (OPG) and receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB ligand (RANKL) in patients with osteoarthritis.Method:A total of 114 patients with knee osteoarthritis who diagnosed and treated in the orthopedics department of our hospital from August 2017 to June 2020 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,57 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the study group was treated with biofeedback relaxation therapy based on the treatment of the control group.Two groups were treated and observed for 4 weeks,and the changes in the expression levels of blood CRP,ESR,serum OPG,and RANKL were recorded.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 98.25%,which was higher than 87.72% of the control group (P<0.05).The Lysholm scores of two groups after treatment were higher than those of before treatment (P<0.05),and the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The blood CRP and ESR levels of two groups after treatment were lower than those of before treatment (P<0.05),and the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Serum OPG levels after treatment in two groups were higher than those of before treatment (P<0.05),and RANKL levels were lower than those of before treatment,the study group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of biofeedback relaxation therapy in patients with osteoarthritis can regulate the balance of serum OPG/RANKL secretion,inhibit the release of CRP and ESR,thereby improving the knee joint function of patients and improving the therapeutic effect.
