润肺健脾益肾汤治疗小儿难治性哮喘的效果及对免疫因子、炎性因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨润肺健脾益肾汤治疗小儿难治性哮喘的效果及对免疫因子、炎性因子水平的影响。方法:选取2018年12月-2019年12月本院收治的92例小儿难治性哮喘患儿。按治疗方式分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予润肺健脾益肾汤治疗。比较两组治疗前后的临床症状积分、肺功能、治疗前后的免疫与炎症因子水平。比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组临床症状积分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组FEV1、FEV1/FVC%均高于治疗前,且观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组IgE、IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,而IFN-γ水平均高于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组IgE、IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于对照组,而IFN-γ水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:润肺健脾益肾汤治疗小儿难治性哮喘效果显著,且可明显改善患儿临床症状、肺功能、免疫及炎性因子水平。Objective:To explore the effect of Runfei Jianpi YiShen Decoction in the treatment of refractory asthma in children and its influence on the levels of immune factors and inflammatory factors.Method:A total of 92 children with refractory asthma admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Runfei Jianpi Yishen Decoction on the basis of the control group.Clinical symptom score,lung function,immune and inflammatory factors levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Result:After treatment,clinical symptom scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC% in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group were higher than those of control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgE,IL-6 and TNF-α in both groups were lower than those before treatment,while the levels of IFN-γ were higher than before treatment (P<0.05).The levels of IgE,IL-6 and TNF-α in observation group were lower than those in control group,while the level of IFN-γ in observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Runfei Jianpi Yishen Decoction has a significant effect on children with refractory asthma,and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,lung function,immune and inflammatory factors in children.
