高清弥散Resolve序列与常规弥散序列在头颅检查中的价值比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨高清弥散Resolve序列与常规弥散序列在头颅检查中的价值。方法:选取2019年5月-2020年4月在本院行头颅磁共振成像(MRI)检查的34例患者为研究对象,均行单次激发平面回波(SS-EPI)及读出方向分段采样(Resolve)序列扫描,比较SS-EPI及Resolve序列的图像质量、信噪比(SNR)、表观弥散系数(ADC)、相对分辨率(RR)及对比分辨率(CR)。结果:Resolve DWI图像伪影、图像变形程度、病灶清晰度、周围结构清晰度及总体评价得分均高于SS-EPI,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Resolve DWI的SNR检测值低于SS-EPI,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);Resolve DWI的病灶区域RR及CR检测值均高于SS-EPI,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:Resolve DWI 图像伪影少、图像变形率低、病灶及周围组织结构清晰、图像分辨率高,在头颅检查中应用价值更高。Objective:To explore the value of HD diffusion resolve sequence and conventional diffusion sequence in head examination.Method:A total of 34 patients underwent cranial magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in our hospital from May 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects,and all underwent single shot excitation plane echo (SS-EPI) and readout direction segment sampling (Resolve) sequence scanning.The image quality,signal-to-noise ratio (SNR),apparent dispersion coefficient (ADC),relative resolution (RR) and contrast resolution (CR) of SS-EPI and resolve sequences were compared.Result:Resolve DWI image artifacts,image deformations,focus clarity,surrounding structure clarity and overall evaluation scores were higher than those of SS-EPI,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01).The SNR detection of Resolve DWI was lower than that of SS-EPI,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).The RR and CR values in Resolve DWI were higher than those in SS-EPI,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:Resolve DWI image has fewer artifacts,low image distortion rate,clear lesion and surrounding tissue structure and high image resolution,which is higher application value in skull examination.
