地佐辛注射液致静脉血栓1例分析

摘　　要：目的分析1例地佐辛注射液致静脉血栓的案例及相关文献,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法结合本例罕见的地佐辛不良反应报告,检索国内外地佐辛注射液不良反应相关文献,分析其发生机制。结果地佐辛注射液致静脉血栓的发生机制可能为药物对血管内皮细胞的损伤,导致血液成分改变和血流动力学异常。相关严重药品不良反应报道较少,有少量过敏性休克报道。结论合理使用地佐辛注射液,生产企业应进一步监测其风险,并修订和完善药品说明书相关内容,保障临床用药安全。Objective To analyse a case of vein thrombosis induced by dezocin injection and related literatures,in order to provide references for clinical rational use of dezocin injection.Methods Based on the rare case report,the domestic and foreign reports of adverse reactions caused by dezocin before December 2019 were searched and analyzed.Results The mechanism of thromboembolism induced by dezocine in this case might be injury of endothelial cells,the change of blood components and hemodynamic abnormality.Serious adverse drug reactions reported less,which included a small amount of anaphylactic shock reports.Conclusion For the rational use of dezocine injection,the manufacturer should further monitor its risks,and revise and improve the relevant contents of the drug insert to ensure the safety of clinical medication.
