追肥对冀西北寒旱区防风生长与有效成分的影响

摘　　要：目的促进防风施肥技术标准化,实现栽培防风肥高产优质。方法在冀西北寒旱区对两年生防风进行了养分种类及追肥时期的田间试验研究,监测了追肥处理对防风生长、生物量积累,升麻素苷和5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷含量的影响效应。结果在栗钙土田磷、钾肥追肥对防风增产效果不明显;氮肥前期(6月17日)追施或前中期(6月17日与7月17日)各半量追施,较不施肥对照显著增产,达23.2%~31.0%,且其升麻素苷与5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷的含量之和在1.33%~1.43%间,与对照无显著差异。结论前期或前中期追施氮肥,可使防风显著增产并保障优质。Objective To promote the standardization of maize fertilization technology and realize high yield and high quality of cultivated Saposhnikovia divaricate.Methods A field experiment was carried out in the northwest arid region of Hebei province to study the nutrient types and topdressing period of biennial Saposhnikovia divaricate,and to monitor the effects of topdressing treatment on its growth,biomass accumulation and two chromone contents.Results The effect of topdressing phosphate fertilizer and potash fertilizer on Saposhnikovia divaricate yield increase was not significant in chestnut soil field.Compared with the control group,the yield of nitrogen fertilizer topdressing in the early or early and middle stages increased significantly by 23.2%~31.0%,and the content of its effective components ranged from 1.33%to 1.43%,with no significant difference from the control group.Conclusion Nitrogen application in early or early and middle stages can increase Saposhnikovia divaricate yield and ensure high quality.
