摘　　要：黄金造假融资案时有发生,给黄金企业声誉带来不良影响。随着国内黄金金融衍生品市场的建设,黄金企业融资具有多种方式。介绍了黄金质押融资,探讨了黄金期货、期权在黄金企业融资中的创新思路,并以案例分析方式予以说明,最终提出了黄金质押融资过程中应用期货、期权衍生工具的新方法和思路,为黄金企业拓宽融资渠道提供参考。Gold fraud financing cases have occurred from time to time, adversely affecting the reputation of gold companies.With the construction of the domestic gold financial derivatives market, there are many ways to finance gold companies.This paper introduced gold pledge financing, discussed the innovative ideas of gold futures and options in the financing of gold companies, explained them in the form of case studies, and finally put forward new ways and ideas of derivative tools of applied futures and options in the gold pledge financing process, providing references for gold companies to broaden their financing channels.
