柴胡栏子金矿急倾斜破碎薄矿体采矿方法选择与应用

摘　　要：急倾斜薄矿体是金矿资源中一种常见矿体,如何安全、高效、低贫损开采是目前黄金矿山普遍存在的难题。通过多种采矿方案对比,确定了脉外天井单采联上向水平分层充填采矿法作为柴胡栏子金矿急倾斜破碎薄矿体的最佳开采方案,并在温家地矿区4130521采场开展了工业试验。试验1年内共采出矿石量9250 t,采矿损失率降至3.8%,矿石贫化率降至5.3%,对比早期矿山采用的浅孔留矿采矿法开采新增收益68.19元/t,经济效益显著。该采矿方法可在柴胡栏子金矿急倾斜破碎薄矿体开采中全面推广应用。Steeply inclined thin ore bodies are a common occurrence in gold resources.It is challenging to mine the ore bodies with low loss and dilution safely and efficiently for current gold mines.Through comparison of various mining plans,Chaihulanzi Gold Mine determined that the best mining plan for the steeply inclined broken thin ore body in the mining area is the outside-the-vein raise single crosshead and upward horizontal slicing method.The industrial tests were carried out on Stope 4130521 in Wenjiadi mining area.A total of 9250 t ores were mined for one year during the test.The ore loss rate was reduced to 3.8%,and the ore dilution rate was reduced to 5.3%.Compared with the short-hole shrinkage method adopted in early times,68.19 yuan/t more gains are added,creating significant economic benefits.The method can be promoted and applied all-out in the mining of steeply inclined thin ore bodies in Chaihulanzi Gold Mine.
