摘　　要：针对三山岛金矿盲竖井千米深中段开拓工程设计及其施工面临的高地温、岩爆、高压突水等问题,在工程实践中开展了综合研究。建立了多点布置盲竖井凿井设施的一种井筒掘砌施工方法,使新建工程与已有工程科学结合,减少了工程量;合理布局了通风系统与设施,加快了风流循环速度,降低了硐室内温度、湿度,提高了开拓作业工效;采用二层联合掘进施工方法、整体与局部泄压相结合和及时支护等措施,对岩爆和围岩失稳进行了有效控制;采用微震技术对富水裂隙带进行了预测,采取了针对性的上堵下疏工程和安全措施,有效规避了突水灾害。配套工程取得了较好的效果,确保了施工安全,为深部复杂条件下盲竖井的施工积累了经验,值得推广。In this paper,a comprehensive study is carried out in engineering practice to solve the problems of high temperature,rock burst and high pressure water bursting in the design and construction of the development project of blind shaft in Sanshandao Gold Mine at thousand meters deep.A shaft excavation and masonry construction method with multi-point layout of blind shaft sinking facilities is established,which makes the new project scientifically combined with the existing project and reduces the engineering quantity.The ventilation system and facilities are reasonably arranged,which accelerates the circulation speed of airflow,reduces the temperature and humidity in the chamber,and improves the working efficiency.The rock burst and surrounding rock instability were effectively controlled with the two-layer combined tunneling construction method,the overall and local pressure relief combination and measures such as timely support.Microseismic technology is used to predict the water-rich fracture zone,and targeted engineering and safety measures are adopted to stop the flow from the upstream and dredge the channel to the downstream,which effectively avoids the water bursting disaster.The supporting projects have achieved good outcome,which ensures the construction safety,accumulates experience for the construction of blind shafts under complex conditions in the deep part,and is worth promoting.
