摘  要:拟禾本科根结线虫是影响水稻产量最严重的植物寄生线虫之一。筛选抗该线虫水稻种质资源对抗病育种至关重要。本研究通过室内接种二龄幼虫实验,利用单一指标与多个指标相结合的方法,根据隶属函数综合结果,评价了21份水稻品种对拟禾本科根结线虫的抗性。结果显示,对拟禾本科根结线虫综合抗性较高的3个品种是‘华香’、‘绿金占’和‘秀丰占5号’;对拟禾本科根结线虫敏感性较高的3个品种是‘博优225’、‘海秀占9号’和‘L671’。评价水稻对拟禾本科根结线虫的抗性只凭单一指标会存在一定的错差,通过单一指标与多个指标相结合对水稻抗拟禾本科根结线虫进行评价更为科学。本研究筛选出的高抗和高感种质对生产上有一定的指导意义,并为抗根结线虫的水稻育种提供种质资源。Meloidogyne graminicola is one of the most serious plant parasitic nematode affecting rice yield. It is very important to screen the germplasm resources of rice resistant to M. graminicola. In this study, the resistance of21 rice varieties to M. graminicola was evaluated by the method of inoculation of the second-stage juveniles in the laboratory, using a combination of single index and multiple indicators, and according to the subordinate function values. The results show ed that the three cultivars with higher comprehensive resistance to the M. graminicola were ’Huaxiang’, ’Lujinzhan’ and ’Xiufengzhan5’. Three sensitive ones were selected: ’Boyou225’, ’Haixiuzhan9’ and’L671’. There was a certain error in the evaluation of rice resistance to M. graminicola only by a single index.Therefore, in this study, it is more scientific to evaluate the resistance of rice to M. graminicola by combining single index and multiple indexes. The highly resistant and highly susceptible seeds selected in this study have certain guiding significance for production and provide germplasm resources for rice breeding resistant to M. graminicola.
