摘　　要：本文主要介绍“欧洲研究区”建设20年来在加强欧盟科技创新政策凝聚性、减少碎片化,实现知识自由流动,加强欧盟、成员国和利益相关方伙伴关系等方面取得的进展。概述了新形势下“欧洲研究区”五大发展空间要求以及“欧洲研究区”未来战略目标及路线图规划。最后结合我国科技创新发展现状,提出相关建议。The paper mainly introduces the progress made in the development of the European Research Area(ERA)in the past 20 years in strengthening the cohesion of the EU’s STI policy and reducing policy fragmentation;realizing the free flow of knowledge;and strengthening the partnership between the EU,member states and stakeholders.It outlines five major development requirements of the European Research Area under the new situation,as well as the future strategic goals and roadmap of the European Research Area.Finally,relevant suggestions are put forward based on the current situation of the STI development for China.
