摘 要:研究在不添加还原剂的条件下,利用工业大麻纤维的羟基及衍生醛基将纤维上吸附的银离子原位还原生长成纳米银颗粒,制备工业大麻纤维负载纳米银复合功能材料。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、X射线衍射(XRD)对复合材料的形貌结构进行表征。结果表明:银离子被大麻纤维还原为纳米银并均匀地负载于大麻纤维上,纳米银呈圆形或近圆形,尺寸均一且团聚较少。复合材料对致病菌表现出良好的抗菌性能及耐洗涤性能,在洗涤50次后,抗菌率在24h内仍达99.99%以上。In this study,the industrial hemp fiber loaded silver nanoparticles composite were prepared by in situ reduction of silver ions adsorbed on the fibers using the hydroxyl groups and the derived aldehyde groups of hemp fiber without adding reductants.Scanning electron microscope(SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)were used to characterize the morphology and structure of the composites.The results showed that the silver ions were reduced to nano silver by the hemp fiber and loaded on it evenly.The nano silver was round or nearly round,with uniform size and less agglomeration.The composite showed excellent antibacterial property and washing resistance to pathogenic bacteria,and the antibacterial ratio was still above 99.99%within 24 h after washing for 50 times.
