摘 要:胫骨横向骨搬移技术作为一种微循环再生技术,将力学刺激转变成生物信号,通过增加搬移区域的骨形态发生蛋白、骨髓源干细胞并重建巨噬细胞极化平衡,促使骨、血管、神经和肌肉等组织再生。骨缺损和血栓闭塞性脉管炎一直是临床治疗的难点,胫骨横向骨搬移技术能够很好地解决此类问题。近年来,由于糖尿病足而导致的下肢残疾日益增多,传统治疗方法无法获得良好的疗效,目前多数学者将胫骨横向骨搬移技术作为治疗糖尿病足的主要手段,但其具体机制及远期效果尚不明确。Tibia tranverse transfer technology, as a microcirculation regeneration technology, converts mechanical stimulation into biological signals, promotes tissue regeneration of bones, blood vessels, nerves and muscles by increasing the bone morphogenetic protein and bone marrow-derived stem cells in the transferred area and rebuilding the polarization balance of macrophages.Bone defects and thromboangiitis obliterans have always been difficult points in the clinical treatment, and the tibial tranverse transfer technology can solve these problems well.In recent years, lower limb disability due to diabetic foot has been increasing, and traditional treatment methods have not been able to obtain good results.At present, most clinicians use tibial tranverse transfer technology as the main method to treat diabetic foot, but its specific mechanism and long-term effect are not yet clear.
