摘　　要：皮质醇增多症是由肾上腺肿瘤、垂体肿瘤导致皮质醇分泌增多造成,手术切除是其重要治疗方式,但部分患者由于无法明确病因造成手术全切困难,故手术治疗并未得到广泛应用。药物治疗是皮质醇增多症的主要治疗方法,使用药物不仅可以带来较好的效果,且能够辅助手术治疗,为手术治疗创造条件,提高手术治疗效果,且对于无法手术的患者也是一种关键的治疗方式。目前皮质醇增多症治疗药物较多,未来需深入探讨,并针对不同情况的患者选择更合适的药物治疗,以改善皮质醇增多症的治疗现况。Hypercortisolism is due to the increase of cortisol secretion caused by pituitary and adrenal tumors, and surgical resection is its important treatment method.However, in some patients the cause of the disease cannot be identified, resulting in the difficulty of total resection, so the surgical treatment has not been widely used.Drug therapy is also a main treatment method for hypercortisolism: the use of drugs cannot only bring relatively good results, but also assist surgical treatment, creating conditions for surgical treatment and improve the effect of surgery, and for patients who are not suitable for operation, it is the key treatment method.At present, there are many drugs for the treatment of hypercortisolism, and it is still necessary to continue to increase research and investigation in the future, and to select more appropriate drug for treatment in patients with different conditions, in order to improve the treatment status.
