摘　　要：为评估烟台市白羽肉种鸡祖代场禽白血病净化效果,2020年11~12月,烟台市动物疫病预防与控制中心对7个祖代场、完成禽白血病净化的6个父母代场进行资料审查,并采集了1350个种蛋、1500份血清样品利用酶联免疫吸附方法进行检测。结果显示:祖代场、父母代场资料审查分值分别为92、89分,p27抗原个体阳性率均为0%。此次评估,为烟台地区白羽肉鸡种鸡场申报禽白血病的净化创建场奠定了基础。In order to evaluate the purification effect of avian leukemia in the ancestral farm of white feather broiler breeders in Yantai,from November to December 2020,Yantai Animal Disease Prevention and Control Center conducted data on 7 ancestral farms and 6 parent farms that completed the purification of avian leukemia Examined,and collected 1,350 breeding eggs,and 1,500 serum samples were tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent method.The results showed that the data review scores of the ancestral field and the parental field were 92 and 89 points,respectively,and the positive rate of p27 antigen individuals was 0%.This assessment laid the foundation for the white feather broiler breeder farms in Yantai area to declare the purification and establishment of avian leukemia farms.
