摘　　要：文章将热扩散测试过程定义为初期(稳定期)、中期(恶化期)和末期(失效期)3个阶段,并针对热扩散测试中主要的失效模式进行论述,基于多次测试经验论述阐明如何利用测试视频的声音、烟雾、热烧蚀以及火花火焰状态,判定热扩散过程的状态阶段和最终失效模式,为测试的下一步动作(如继续观察、灭火、沉水等)及时地给出判定依据,同时也为后续进一步深入的数据和方案分析给出明确的方向性的指导。In this paper,the thermal diffusion test process is defined as the early(plateau),medium(worse)and late(failure)three stages,and the failure mode of the thermal diffusion tests is mainly discussed.Based on the multiple testing experience,how to use the test video voice sparks,smoke,thermal ablation and flame state is illustrated,the thermal diffusion across the state of the stage and final failure mode are determined,which provides a timely judgment basis for the next steps of the test(such as continued observation,fire suppression,submersible,etc.),as well as a clear direction for further data and scheme analysis.
