摘　　要：随着我国氢燃料电池汽车产业化导入期的正式开始,燃料电池行业竞争日益激烈,燃料电池技术公司面临的竞争难度也大大增加。产业链的未成熟以及产品的快速升级和增加,给企业成本控制带来了新的挑战。文章就目前燃料电池行业外购零部件的现状和存在的问题进行了简要的探讨,并结合实际发展情况提出了几点针对性建议。With the formal start of the industrialization of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles in China,the competition in the fuel cell industry is increasingly fierce,and the competition difficulty faced by fuel cell technology companies is also greatly increased.The immature industrial chain and the rapid upgrade and increase of products have brought new challenges to the cost control of enterprises.In this paper,the current situation and existing problems of the outsourcing parts in the fuel cell industry is briefly discussed,and several targeted suggestions are put forward based on the actual development situation.
