温阳益气活血方联合穴位贴敷治疗阳虚血瘀型缓慢性心律失常的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨温阳益气活血方联合穴位贴敷治疗阳虚血瘀型缓慢性心律失常的临床效果。方法选取2020年1—12月阳江市中医医院心血管内科收治的60例诊断为阳虚血瘀型缓慢性心律失常的患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为治疗组与对照组,每组各30例。对照组患者给予口服西药硫酸沙丁胺醇片,2 mg/次,3次/d;治疗组患者给予服用温阳益气活血方,1剂/d,同时配合穴位贴敷疗法,1贴/d,疗程共4周。比较两组患者治疗前后的中医证候积分、中医证候总有效率、静息心率、24 h动态心电图平均心率、最低心率、总心搏数及不良反应总发生率。结果治疗后,治疗组患者的中医症候积分低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组患者中医症候积分与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者的中医症候总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的静息心率、24 h动态心电图的平均心率、最低心率和总心搏数高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的静息心率、24 h动态心电图的平均心率、最低心率和总心搏数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组患者的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温阳益气活血方联合穴位贴敷能够提高阳虚血瘀型缓慢性心律失常患者的心率,改善患者的中医症候,减少药物不良反应的发生。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue Decoction combined with acupoint application on bradycardia of yang deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 60 patients diagnosed with bradyarrhythmia of yang-deficiency and blood stasis type in the Department of Cardiology,Yangjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the treatment group and the control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given oral Salbutamol Sulphate Tablets,2 mg/times,3 times/d.Patients in the treatment group were given Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue Decoction,1 dose per day,combined with acupoint application therapy,1 patch per day for a total of 4 weeks.The scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes,total effective rate of TCM syndromes,resting heart rate,24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram average heart rate,minimum heart rate,total heart rate and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in TCM syndrome score in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndromes of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the resting heart rate,24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram average heart rate,the minimum heart rate and the total heart rate in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the resting heart rate,24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram average heart rate,the minimum heart rate and the total heart rate between t
