仙茅的药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：仙茅是石蒜科多年生草本植物,富含多糖、皂苷、酚类、酚苷、萜类等多种重要的生物活性物质,在多个国家已被药用,《中华人民共和国药典》(以下简称《中国药典》)亦有收录。中药药理学提示仙茅具有行血消肿、补肾助阳、强筋骨、益精血等功效,用于肾阳不足、腰脊冷痛、寒虚崩漏、带下、疮疡肿痛、肾虚内伤、筋骨疼痛等临床病症。现代药理研究证实,仙茅具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗骨质疏松、抗抑郁、免疫调节、保护血管内皮细胞等疗效,对心血管、骨质疏松、糖尿病、风湿等相关疾病的治疗具有重要意义。本文针对仙茅的现代药理作用及毒副作用进行综述,旨在为仙茅的临床运用提供研究基础。Curculigo orchioides is a perennial herbaceous plant in the amaryllidaceae family,which is rich in many important biologically active substances such as polysaccharides,saponins,phenols,phenol glycosides,terpenes and so on,which have been used medicinally in many countries,and it is also included in the Pharmacopoeia of the People′s Republic of China(hereinafter referred to as"Chinese Pharmacopoeia").The pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine suggests that Curculigo orchioides has the effect of promoting blood and reducing swelling,invigorating the kidney and yang,strengthening muscles and bones,and nourishing essence and blood,it is used for clinical symptoms such as deficiency of kidney yang,cold pain in the lumbar and spine,cold deficiency and uterine bleeding,vaginal discharge,sore swelling and pain,kidney empty internal injury,muscle pain and so on.Modern pharmacological studies have confirmed that Curculigo orchioides has anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidant,anti-osteoporosis,anti-depressant,immune regulation,and protection of vascular endothelial cells,it is of great significance for the treatment of cardiovascular,osteoporosis,diabetes,rheumatism and other related diseases.In this paper,the modern pharmacological effect,toxic and side effect of Curculigo orchioides are reviewed,in order to provide a research basis for the clinical application of Curculigo orchioides.
