摘　　要：目的探讨互联网+医护一体化模式在儿外科骨折术后出院患儿的应用效果。方法选取2018年8月—2020年10月萍乡市人民医院收治的80例骨折患儿作为研究对象,采用计算机生成的随机数字表法将其分为常规组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。常规组采用传统护理模式,观察组采用互联网+一体化护理模式,比较两组的疼痛评分、知识评分、并发症及依从性。结果护理前,两组的疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后观察组的疼痛评分低于对照组,观察组的随访评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,观察组的总依从性高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于互联网+医护一体化护理模式能够缓解患儿疼痛,降低其并发症发生风险,提高其院外依从性。Objective To explore the application effect of the internet+integrated medical care model in children discharged from the hospital after pediatric surgical fractures.Methods Eighty children with fractures admitted to Pingxiang People′s Hospital from August 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the conventional group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40)used computer-generated random number table method.The conventional group adopted the traditional nursing model,and the observation group used the internet+integrated medical care model.The pain scores,knowledge scores,complications and compliance of the two groups of patients were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in pain scores between the two nursing groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the conventional group,the follow-up score of the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the conventional group,the total compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The model based on the Internet+integrated medical care can alleviate the pain of children,reduce the risk of complications,and improve their compliance outside the hospital.
