摘　　要：目的探索线上教学模式在眼科学教育的可行性及初步效果评价,为线上、线下混合教学的教学模式改革提供实践基础,为日后眼科教学的开展保驾护航。方法概述眼科学教育的现状与存在的问题,介绍了哈尔滨医科大学附属医院2017级和2018级共125名硕士研究生及住培生线上教学的实践,教学结束后所有学生都进行专业知识检测,通过考试成绩了解线上教学的质量。结果线上教学可以缓解疫情中的教育中断,但由于眼科专业性较强,临床实习课还需要线上、线下混合教学才能够充分保证教学质量。结论采用的线上教学模式能够保证眼科学临床理论课程教学的质量,但由于眼科学的专业性和特殊性,还需进一步构建线上与线下相结合的教学培养模式。Objective To explore the feasibility and preliminary effect evaluation of online teaching mode in ophthalmology education,it provides the practical basis for the reform of online and offline mixed teaching mode,and protects the development of ophthalmology teaching in the future.Methods Firstly,the current situation and existing problems of ophthalmology education were summarized,and then the online teaching practice of 125 master’s degree students and residential training students in the Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University in 2017 and2018 was introduced.After the teaching,all the students were tested for professional knowledge,and the quality of online teaching was understood through the examination results.Results Online teaching could alleviate the interruption of education in the epidemic situation,but due to the strong specialty of Ophthalmology,the clinical practice needed online and offline mixed teaching to fully ensure the quality of teaching.Conclusion The online teaching mode could ensure the teaching quality of ophthalmology clinical theory courses,but due to the specialty and particularity of Ophthalmology,it was necessary to further construct the online and offline teaching mode.
