摘 要:基于四盘区矿运输巷道锚网参数不合理,未能充分发挥高强锚杆的作用,有些巷道顶板出现下沉和断裂等问题,伯方煤矿根据运输巷道地质情况,采用理论分析和现场监测等综合研究方法,选取高强锚杆+锚索联合支护形式作为永久支护。现场工业性试验表明,使用该支护方案,巷道顶底板移近量及两帮移近量减小,能够缓解该矿区厚煤层回采巷道大变形的问题,对于兰花集团内部甚至全国类似地质条件下的松软厚煤层巷道围岩控制具有重要的借鉴意义。Based on the fact that the anchor network parameters of the transportation roadway were not reasonable and cannot fully play the role of high-strength anchors,some roadway roofs with sinking and fracture problems,based on the actual geological conditions of the transportation roadway,a comprehensive research method such as theoretical analysis and field monitoring were conducted,the combined form of high-strength anchors+anchor ropes as permanent support was selected.The field industrial test showed that with this support scheme,the top and bottom slab displacement and the two sides displacement of the roadway were reduced,which can alleviate the problem of large deformation of the thick coal seam retrieval roadway in this mine area,with important significance for the control of the surrounding rock of the roadway and even in similar geological conditions in China.
