几种无机纳米纤维材料的研究进展

摘  要:由于无机纳米纤维材料的微观形貌具有直径小、长径比大、比表面积大的特点,在热力学特征、电磁特征、力学特征等方面具有其它材料所不具备的特殊性质。基于国内碳酸钙、硫酸钙、硫酸钡的研究现状,介绍了国内这几种无机材料纳米纤维型的制备及应用情况。结果表明:纳米纤维型碳酸钙和硫酸钙的研究比较成熟,填充于橡塑材料中,能显著提高冲击强度、弯曲强度、断裂伸长率等力学性能指标;纳米纤维型硫酸钡的研究仅处于制备阶段,工业化应用还需进一步研究。Because the micro morphology of inorganic nanofiber material has the characteristics of small diameter,large length-diameter and large specific surface area,it has special properties that other materials do not have in terms of thermodynamic,electromagnetic and mechanical characteristics.Based on the research status of calcium carbonate,calcium sulfate and barium sulfate in China,the preparation and application of these inorganic materials nano-fiber type in China were introduced.The results show that the study of nano-fiber calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate was relatively mature,and filling in rubber and plastic materials,the mechanical properties such as impact strength,bending strength and elongation at break can be significantly improved.The study of nano-fiber barium sulfate is only in the preparation stage,and its industrial application needs further research.
