摘　　要：克罗恩病属于肛肠科疑难杂症,后期多伴有结直肠狭窄,治疗上颇为棘手。目前,尚未研制出根治克罗恩病的药物。何永恒教授认为本病属本虚标实之证,脾虚气滞、毒瘀互结于肠道是其发病的主要病机,采用辨病与辨证相结合的方法,遵循益气活血、化瘀解毒、软坚散结的治疗原则,采用天马颗粒、白芍七物颗粒、枳实通降颗粒等专利方为主治疗,取得了较好的治疗效果。Crohn's disease is the difficult miscellaneous diseases at the Anorectal Department.It is often accompanied by colorectal stenosis in the later stage and the treatment is quite tricky.At present,there is no completely radical treatment of drugs and treatment means for Crohn's disease.Professor He Yongheng believes that this disease is difficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,spleen deficiency and stagnation of Qi,toxin and blood stasis in the intestinal tract is the main pathogenesis of the disease.Treatment should be focused on using the method of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,following by the treatment principles of invigorating Qi and activating blood circulation,removing blood stasis and detoxification,resolving hard lump.Tianma Granule,Baishaoqiwu Granule,Zhishitongjiang Granule and other patented prescriptions should be used as the main treatment,and has achieved a better therapeutic effect.
