摘　　要：根据临床病历资料和胡不群教授的诊治经验,探究麻黄汤冷服治疗特发性耳聋的机制。寒邪客于肺与肤腠之间,令肺气壅滞,宣肃失司,清阳之气不能出上窍以养之,上窍又为浊阴寒邪之气所壅蔽,致九窍不通而发耳聋。治以发散寒邪、宣肺降浊开窍,方用辛温发散之第一方麻黄汤,并采用寒冷之气与阻塞清窍之浊阴寒邪同气相引,既避其格拒,又令药直达病所的冷服法,临床疗效显著。麻黄汤冷服后,若伴有脾虚,用益气聪明汤以聪明耳目;若伴有肾虚,用金匮肾气丸补肾填精通窍。并附验案二则以佐证。To explore the mechanism of taking cold Ephedra Decoction in the treatment of idiopathic deafness based on clinical medical records and professor Hu Buqun's diagnosis and treatment experience.The cold evil guests between the lungs and the skin,causing the lung Qi to stagnate,and the dispersing and purifying to descend is lost.The Qingyang Qi cannot go out of the upper orifice for nourishment,and the upper orifice is blocked by the turbid Yin and cold evil air,causing nine orifices obstruction and deafness.The prescription is to disperse cold pathogens,disperse lungs,lower turbidity,and induce resuscitation.The prescription uses the first prescription of Ephedra Decoction,and uses cold air and the turbid Yin and cold pathogens that block the clear orifice to induce the same flow,not only avoid its rejection,but also direct the medicine to the disease,which has a significant clinical effect.After taking cold Ephedra Decoction,if it is accompanied by spleen deficiency,use Yiqi Congming Decoction for smarting eyes and ears;if it is accompanied by kidney deficiency,use Jingui Shenqi Pills to invigorate the kidney and fill the proficiency.Two cases are attached to prove it in this paper.
