摘  要:集电环和碳刷是发电企业电力技术监督的重要监督管理对象,按规程要求纳入运行和检修的“全过程”监督管理。为提高设备运行可靠性,防止事故的发生,本文分析了集电环和励磁碳刷烧损、“转子接地”保护动作等常见事故的原因,并结合当前行业标准的要求,提出了相应的防范措施。Slip rings and carbon brushes are important supervision and management objects of technical supervision in power generation enterprises,and are included in the "whole process" supervision and management of operation and maintenance,as required by regulating procedures.In order to improve the reliability of equipment operation and prevent accidents,the causes of common accidents,such as burns of slip rings and excitation carbon brushes and the operation of "rotor grounding" protection,are analyzed.Preventive measures are proposed based on the requirements of current industry standards.
