摘 要:青少年网络欺凌是传统欺凌在网络空间的延伸和变异,其至少在欺凌要素、诱因、欺凌角色的复合性以及被欺凌者应对方式等几个重要方面实现了对传统欺凌的移植,成功地将其边界延伸至虚拟的网络空间之中;与此同时,由于发生场域殊异,网络欺凌又至少在发生时空、力量对比原则、主客体的熟识程度、角色转换的可能性、旁观者施加影响的可能性、欺凌的形式、欺凌的危害程度以及规制的困难性等几个不同侧面实现了对传统欺凌的挑战,使其呈现出一些新面貌。Adolescence cyberbullying is the extension and variation of traditional bullying in cyberspace. It has transplanted from traditional bullying several important aspects, such as bullying elements, incentives, the overlapping of bullying roles as well as the coping styles of the victim, and successfully extended the boundary of traditional bullying to virtual cyberspace. At the same time, due to the different occurring places, cyberbullying has challenged traditional bullying at least in several aspects, such as time and space, the principle of power contrast, the familiarity between subject and object, the possibility of role transformation,the possibility of influence exerted by bystanders, the form of bullying, the degree of harm caused by bullying and the difficulty of regulation, so that it takes on some new features.
