摘　　要：晏阳初和蒋梦麟是20世纪中国著名的乡村建设工作者。他们都曾经在中国农村复兴委员会工作,但在乡村建设思想的形成过程、乡村建设基本理念、乡村建设实施方案和具体实践等方面既有许多相同之处也有差异。分析比较晏阳初和蒋梦麟的乡村建设思想,对当代中国实施乡村振兴战略具有重要的借鉴意义。James Yen and Jiang Menglin were famous rural construction workers in China in the 20 th century. They both used to work in the Rural Rehabilitation Committee of China, but they had many similarities and differences in the formation process of rural construction thought, basic concept of rural construction, implementation plan and specific practice of rural construction.The analysis and comparison of James Yen’s and Jiang Menglin’s rural construction thoughts are of great significance for the implementation of rural revitalization strategy in contemporary China.
