通窍鼻炎片联合匹多莫德治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨通窍鼻炎片联合匹多莫德口服液治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎的效果。方法选取2020年1月至9月于宜春市第二人民医院就诊的84例儿童过敏性鼻炎者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(42例)和试验组(42例)。对照组患儿采用匹多莫德口服液治疗,试验组患儿予以通窍鼻炎片联合匹多莫德口服液治疗。比较两组患儿的临床效果、炎症因子水平、临床症状评分以及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组患儿的治疗总有效率为92.86%,高于对照组的76.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患儿的白细胞介素-5(IL-5)与肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组患儿的IL-5与TNF-α水平分别为(10.21±0.87)pg/ml、(26.29±3.67)mg/ml,低于对照组的(12.36±1.26)pg/ml、(36.51±4.64)mg/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患儿的打喷嚏次数评分、鼻溢次数评分、鼻塞评分、总评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组患儿的打喷嚏次数评分、鼻溢次数评分、鼻塞评分、总评分分别为(0.92±0.08)、(1.12±0.11)、(1.04±0.13)、(3.08±0.32)分,均低于对照组的(1.36±0.18)、(1.64±0.21)、(1.67±0.24)、(4.67±0.63)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通窍鼻炎片联合匹多莫德口服液能够有效缓解儿童过敏性鼻炎者临床症状,降低炎症因子水平,作用明显,应用价值较高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tongqiao Biyan Tablets combined with Pidotimod Oral Liquid in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children.Methods A total of 84 children with allergic rhinitis admitted in the Second People′s Hospital of Yichun City from January 2020 to September 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group(42 cases)and the study group(42 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with Pidotimod Oral Liquid,and the study group was treated with Tongqiao Biyan Tablets combined with Pidotimod Oral Liquid.The clinical effect,levels of inflammatory cytokine,clinical symptom scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was 92.86%,which was higher than that in the control group(76.19%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of interleukin-5(IL-5)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-5 and TNF-αin the study group were(10.21±0.87)pg/ml and(26.29±3.67)mg/ml,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group of(12.36±1.26)pg/ml and(36.51±4.64)mg/ml,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in sneeze frequency score,nasal overflow score,nasal obstruction score and the total score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the sneeze frequency score,nasal overflow score,nasal congestion score and total score of the study group were(0.92±0.08),(1.12±0.11),(1.04±0.13),(3.08±0.32)points,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group of(1.36±0.18),(1.64±0.21),(1.67±0.24)and(4.67±0.63)points,with statistical significances(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Tongqiao Biyan Tablets combined with Pidotimod Oral Liquid can effectively
