摘 要:通过调整混合粉含量、白泥及α氧化铝的添加、混合粉粒度分布及颗粒级配,研制低蠕变的再烧结电熔莫来石砖。结果表明:混合粉含量提高(高于28%),显气孔率越大,高温蠕变率也升高;由于高温下低熔物相的黏度减小,添加白泥的试样的高温蠕变率变得更高,适量添加α氧化铝粉可能对耐压强度及高温蠕变率性能的提升起积极作用;颗粒级配对于显气孔率、体积密度、耐压强度及高温蠕变率性能的影响不明显;粒度分布平均、波峰平坦的混合粉可能制备出较低显气孔率及高温蠕变率的耐火砖。The low creep resintered fused mullite bricks was prepared by adjusting the content of mixed powders, the addition of white mud and α-alumina, the size distribution of mixed powders and the grain composition. The results show that the apparent porosity and high-temperature creep increases with the increase of the content of mixed powder(above 28%). Due to the decrease of the viscosity of the lowmelt phase at high temperature, the high-temperature creep of the samples with white mud becomes higher due to the decrease of the viscosity of the low-melt phase at high temperature. The adition of α-aluminum oxide powder may play a positive role in the improvement of compressive strength and high-temperature creep. The grain composition have a not obvious influence on apparent porosity, bulk density, compressive strength and high-temperature creep. It is more possible to produce refractory bricks with lower apparent porosity and high-temperature creep when the size distribution of mixed powders is flat.
