摘　　要：基于玻璃工厂原料系统的发展现状,分析了玻璃工厂原料系统中上料系统、配料系统、碎玻璃回收系统工艺,提出了精细化设备研发、干法光学分选、石英砂环保酸洗提纯工艺、气力输送技术、自动化与智能化等玻璃工厂原料系统的新工艺及发展方向,为玻璃工厂原料系统的优化设计提供参考。Based on the development status of raw material system in glass factory,the feeding system,weighing system and cullet recovery system are analyzed.The new process and development direction of fine equipment development,dry-process optical sorting,purification of quartz sand with acid treatment,pneumatic conveying technology,automation and intelligence,are proposed to provide reference for the optimization design of raw material system in glass factory.
