摘　　要：现场总线是连接工业现场的智能终端与控制单元的一条数字通信干线。通过现场总线将现场智能设备的参数信息传送到控制单元,还能向现场智能设备传送控制指令,形成数字网络的工业自动化生产系统,是当前自动化控制的发展方向。针对当前国内玻璃原料配料系统的现状,指出了当前玻璃原料系统的缺点,提出了玻璃配料控制系统的现场总线控制系统解决方案。称量控制系统模块化,采用模糊控制称量算法,有利于称量速度与精度的完美结合,简化控制室与现场设备间的信号电缆,以减少控制室电磁干扰,使玻璃配料控制系统稳定、高效、智能、简洁。The field bus is a digital communication trunk connecting intelligent terminal and control unit in the industrial field.It is the development direction of automation control that the parameter information of intelligent equipment in the field can be transmitted to the control unit,and in turn the control instructions can be also transmitted to the intelligent equipment through the field bus,forming the industrial automation production system of digital network.In view of the current situation of the domestic glass raw material batching system,the disadvantages of the system are pointed out,and the solutions of the control system of field bus are proposed.The weighing control system is modularized and the fuzzy control weighing algorithm is used,which is conductive to the perfect combination of weighing speed and precision.The signal cable between the control room and the field equipment is simplified so as to reduce the electromagnetic interference in the control room,and make the glass batching system more stable,efficient,intelligent and simple.
