外出务工经历对农户稻虾共养技术采纳规模的影响研究--基于生计资本的中介效应

摘　　要：以安徽、湖南和湖北三省688户稻虾共养技术采纳的农户为研究对象,构建“外出务工经历-生计资本-采纳规模”的理论分析框架,采用中介效应逐步回归法实证分析外出务工经历对农户稻虾共养技术采纳规模的作用机理。结果表明:(1)户主外出务工经历、其他家庭成员外出务工经历显著正向影响农户稻虾共养技术采纳规模。(2)家庭成员外出务工比例与稻虾共养技术采纳规模之间存在“先上升,后下降”的倒“U”型关系。(3)生计资本变量中,各维度的中介作用存在显著差异,其中,人力资本的中介作用负向显著,社会资本的中介作用正向显著,经济资本的中介作用不显著。基于此,建议引导已返乡务农农户采纳生态农业技术,加大力度出台乡村振兴规划,避免高层次人才流失,鼓励有返乡意愿的回流劳动力再农化,以进一步推广生态农业技术。Taking 688 households in Anhui,Hunan and Hubei Provinces as the research objects,the in⁃fluence mechanism of experience as migrant workers on farmers’adoption scale of rice and shrimp co-breed⁃ing technology was analyzed to provide a new perspective to explain the popularization of ecological agriculture technology.The theoretical analysis framework of“experience as migrant workers-livelihood capital-adoption scale”was constructed,and the mediating effect step by step regression method was used to empirically ana⁃lyze the mechanism of the effect of farmers’experience as migrant workers on their adoption scale of rice and shrimp co-breeding technology.The results show that the experience of household head and other family mem⁃bers as migrant workers has a significant positive impact on the scale of rice and shrimp co-breeding technolo⁃gy adoption among farmers.There exists an inverted U-shape relationship between the proportion of migrant workers of family members and the adoption scale of rice and shrimp co-breeding technology.Among the liveli⁃hood capital variables,the mediating effect of each dimension varies significantly,among which the mediating effect of human capital is negatively significant,that of social capital is positively significant,and that of eco⁃nomic capital is not significant.Therefore,to guide farmers who have returned home to adopt ecological agricul⁃ture technology,it is vital to strengthen the release of rural revitalization plan,avoid the loss of high-level tal⁃ents,and encourage the return of labor force who wish to return home to reagriculture so as to further popular⁃ize ecological agriculture technology.
