摘　　要：养殖场生物安全体系是防控生猪重大疫病的坚实壁垒,只有不断提高养殖场生物安全水平,才能确保养猪户养殖收益稳定和社会安定。结合调查数据,在全面分析养猪户生物安全防控现状基础上,运用Logit-ISM模型确定养猪户生物安全行为的影响因素,并探析其内在发生机制。结果表明:第一,养猪户生物安全措施和技术采用不完善,投入品采购和使用、疫病防控等是薄弱环节,养殖场生物安全水平不高。第二,养猪户决策人受教育程度、养殖规模、养殖收入比例、技术培训和标准化养殖场认知对养猪户采纳隔离观察措施具有显著正向影响;养殖规模、养殖收入比例、标准化养殖场认知、养殖保险、技术培训和生产组织对养猪户采纳消毒处理措施具有显著正向影响。第三,不同影响因素间既独立发挥作用,又相互关联,养殖环境特征和行为认知特征是养猪户生物安全行为形成的直接原因,个人基本特征和生产经营特征是间接或根源原因,但后者需要借助前者发挥影响作用。The biosecurity system of farms serves as a solid barrier in preventing and controlling major pig diseases.Only by continuously improving the biosecurity level of farms can we ensure the stable income of pig farmers and social stability.Based on the survey data,this paper firstly analyzes the current situation of pig farmers’biosecurity behavior,adopts the binary Logit model to determine the factors influencing pig farmers’biosecurity behavior,and then uses the ISM model to explore the relationship and hierarchy between different influencing factors.The results show that:firstly,the biosecurity measures and technology adopted by pig farmers are not perfect,with the procurement and use of input,and disease prevention and control being the weak links and the biosecurity level of the farms not high.Secondly,education,breeding scale,the proportion of breeding income,technical training and the recognition of standardized farms have significant positive impact on pig farmers in adopting isolation observation measures.The breeding scale,the proportion of breeding income,the recognition of standardized farms,breeding insurance,technical training and production organizations have significant positive impact on pig farmers in adopting disinfection measures.Thirdly,different factors are playing roles which are independent and interrelated at the same time.The environmental characteristics and behavioral cognitive characteristics are the direct reasons for pig farmers’biosecurity behavior,and the individual basic characteristics and production and management characteristics are the indirect reasons or root reasons,of which the latter needs to rely on the former to achieve the impact.
