摘 要:Span 20与Tween 80复配形成的复合乳化剂可有效乳化聚氨酯微粉,乳液粒径分布系数(PDI)为0.193,乳液中微粒粒径分布较集中,分散较均匀,且乳液具有良好的稳定性。采用物理共混法制备了不同聚氨酯微粉含量的聚氨酯微粉-聚丙烯酸酯复合乳液,再制成薄膜,对其耐水性、力学性能及其皮革涂层性能进行了分析。结果表明:复合薄膜力学性能随聚氨酯微粉用量的增加呈现递增的趋势,但会影响薄膜耐水性,当聚氨酯微粉用量为1.5%时,复合薄膜抗张强度提升了67.05%。此外,聚氨酯微粉还可提升皮革涂层的物理机械性能,耐干擦性能提升至5级,耐磨耗性能提升至4~5级,但耐湿擦性能提升幅度不明显,仅提升至3~4级。The composite emulsifier formed by the combination of span 20 and Tween 80 could emulsify polyurethane micro powder effectively,and the particle size distribution coefficient(PDI)was 0.193,which showed the particle size distribution was relatively concentrated and dispersed evenly,and the emulsion had better stability,and it would not be stratified or precipitated.Further more,polyurethane micro powder-polyacrylate composite emulsion with different contents of polyurethane micro powder were prepared by physical blending method.The water resistance,mechanical properties of the composite films and leather coating properties were analyzed.The results showed that the mechanical properties of the composite films increased with the increase of the amount of polyurethane micro powder,but it would affect the water resistance of the films.When the amount of polyurethane micro powder was 1.5%,the tensile strength of the composite films increases by 67.05%.In addition,polyurethane micro powder could also improve the physical and mechanical properties of leather coatings.The dry rubbing resistance could be improved to level 5 and the wear resistance could be improved to level 4~5.However,the improvement of wet rubbing resistance was not obvious,only to level 3~4.
