摘 要:冶金材料制造是工业发展不可或缺的重要环节,其中大型铸钢件技术加工面临着许多困难,通过计算机技术的应用对大型铸钢件生产流程进行模拟,在大型铸钢件加工的过程中起到辅助生产的作用,实现对整个加工流程的全面控制,完善现有的生产加工程序。冶金材料制造理念的转变,需要在现代化工业生产的过程中创新传统的技术生产模式,由资源集中性生产向技术精细化转变,有效预防生产资源枯竭的问题。本文主要探究了无模化数控加工技术在大型铸钢件生产中的体现,希望能够全面提高大型铸钢件的生产加工效率,实现产业技术突破。Metallurgical material manufacturing is an indispensable and important link in industrial development.Among them,the technical processing of large steel castings faces many difficulties.The production process of large steel castings is simulated through the application of computer technology.Play the role of auxiliary production,realize the overall control of the entire processing process,and improve the existing production and processing procedures.The transformation of metallurgical material manufacturing concepts requires the innovation of traditional technical production models in the process of modern industrial production,the transition from resource-intensive production to technical refinement,and effectively prevent the problem of depletion of production resources.This article mainly explores the embodiment of moldless CNC machining technology in the production of large steel castings,hoping to comprehensively improve the production and processing efficiency of large steel castings and achieve industrial technological breakthroughs.
