摘  要:排气温度是燃气轮机燃烧控制和主机保护的关键参数之一;因排气温度故障而导致的机组主保护动作会带来不必要的经济损失。由于在首次安装和历次维护过程中对排气热电偶装复及其周围保温层敷设的细节把关不严谨,自我厂#1燃机投产以来,发生了数起因个别排气热电偶故障危及机组稳定运行的事件,并造成了大量排气热电偶及其预制补偿电缆报废。严格按照排气热电偶设备及排气扩压段保温层安装规范及美国通用公司的相关技术通告要求进行整改才得以解决。本文通过生产现场的故障分析、整改、对比、改进等方面入手来提供几种故障分析方法以及解决方法。Exhaust gas temperature is one of the key parameters of gas turbine combustion control and main engine protection;the main protection action of the unit caused by exhaust gas temperature failure will bring unnecessary economic losses.Due to the lack of strict control over the details of the installation of the exhaust thermocouple and the laying of the surrounding insulation layer during the first installation and previous maintenance,since the start of production of the#1 gas turbine in my own factory,several reasons have occurred due to the failure of individual exhaust thermocouples,which endangered the stability of the unit.Operational incidents,and caused a large number of exhaust thermocouples and their prefabricated compensation cables to be scrapped.The solution can only be solved by strictly following the installation specifications of the exhaust thermocouple equipment and the insulation layer of the exhaust diffuser section and the relevant technical notices of the General Motors Corporation of the United States.This article provides several failure analysis methods and solutions through the failure analysis,rectification,comparison,improvement and other aspects of the production site.
