摘 要:为提高活性染料染色的固色率,实现低盐染色,采用N-十六烷基亚丙基二胺双氯化铵(双季铵盐)改性棉织物,然后用活性染料染色,并与双十二烷基二甲基氯化铵(单季铵盐)进行对比。研究了季铵盐用量、改性温度及改性时间对棉织物染色效果的影响,确定了双季铵盐改性棉织物的优化工艺。结果表明,与单季铵盐改性、常规未改性棉织物的染色效果相比,在电解质用量减半的条件下,双季铵盐改性棉织物的固色率和表面色深K/S值均提高,耐皂洗色牢度达4级以上,耐摩擦色牢度与常规染色相当。In order to improve the fixation rate of reactive dye dyeing and realize low salt dyeing,cotton fabric was modified with N-hexadecane phosphite propyl diamine double ammonium chloride(bisquaternary ammonium salts),and then dyed with reactive dye,which was compared with dodecyd dimethyl ammonium chloride(mono quarterly ammonium salt).The effects of the concentration,modification temperature and modification time on the modification were studied.The optimal modification conditions of the cotton fabric with bisquaternary ammonium salts is determined.The results showed that compared with the dyeing effect of mono quarterly ammonium salt modified and conventional unmodified cotton fabrics,under the condition of halving the amount of electrolyte,the fixation rate and the K/S values of the modified fabric with bisquaternary ammonium salts were both increased,the color fastness to soaping was more than 4,and the color fastness to rubbing was equivalent to that of conventional dyeing.
