摘  要:为丰富天然染料品种,从板栗落叶中提取色素。采用正交实验优化了色素提取工艺参数,以紫外-可见光谱分析了pH及金属离子对板栗叶色素光谱稳定性的影响。采用板栗叶色素上染锦纶织物,研究了媒染剂种类及媒染工艺对染色试样颜色特征值和K/S值的影响。结果表明,板栗叶色素提取的优化条件为:料液比1∶30,100℃提取100 min,pH 7;pH及金属离子对色素溶液的吸收光谱有一定影响。板栗叶色素对锦纶进行媒染染色,媒染工艺对试样K/S值的影响从大到小为:后媒染色、预媒染色、同浴媒染;4种媒染剂中,硫酸亚铁及氯化亚锡媒染试样的K/S值较高,媒染试样各项色牢度达到3~4级。To enrich the varieties of natural dyes,the natural dye was extracted from chestnut leaves and the orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the extraction process parameters.The influences of pH and metal ions on the stability of the extracted dye were analyzed by UV-vis spectrophotometry.The extracted dye was used to dye nylon knitted fabric,and the effects of mordant kinds and mordant dyeing process on color characteristic value and K/S value of dyed samples were studied.The results show that the optimum extraction conditions are as follows:ratio of material to liquid 1∶30,extraction at 100℃for 100 min,pH 7.pH and metal ions have influence on the absorption spectra of the dye solution.Nylon was mordant dyed with chestnut leaf pigment.The influence of mordant dyeing process on the K/S value of the sample from large to small is post-mordant dyeing,pre-mordant dyeing and co-mordant dyeing.Among the four mordant,the K/S value of samples mordant dyed by ferrous sulfate and stannous chloride is higher,and the color fastness of mordant dyed samples reaches grade 3~4.
