摘 要:为优化聚丙烯酸酯类无氟防水剂配方,研究聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、烷基烯酮二聚体用量及热固温度对防水性能的影响。对聚丙烯酸酯类无氟防水剂乳液的稳定性、织物防水性、织物与水的接触角等性能进行表征,得出优化制备配方及整理工艺。结果表明:当丙烯酸十八酯(SA)用量为75.00%(对单体总质量,下同)、甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)用量为15%、烷基烯酮二聚体(AKD)用量为10%、乳化剂(十八烷基三甲基溴化铵、AEO-9质量比3∶11)用量为8.75%、保护胶体聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(K30)用量为1.25%时,单体转化率可达95%以上;当焙烘温度为185~190℃、焙烘时间为5 min时,整理织物的防水性能达4.5级,表面静态接触角达138°。In order to optimize the formulation of the polyacrylate fluorine-free water repellent,the ef⁃fects of the dosage of polyvinylpyrrolidone,hydroxyethyl methacrylate and alkyl enone dimer and the thermo⁃set temperature on the waterproof property were studied.The properties of polyacrylates fluorine-free waterrepellent emulsion,such as stability,waterproof grade of fabric,contact angle between fabric and water were characterized,and the optimum preparation formulation and finishing technology were obtained.The results showed that when the dosage of octadecyl acrylate(SA)was 75.00%(on the mass of monomer mass,the same below),the dosage of butyl methacrylate(BMA)was 15.00%,the dosage of alkyl ketene dimers AKD was 10.00%,the dosage of emulsifier(tha mass ratio of octadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide and AEO-9 was 3∶11)was 8.75%,the dosage of protective colloid polyvinylpyrrolidone(K30)was 1.25%,the monomer conversion rate could reach above 95%.When the baking temperature was 185~190℃and the baking time was 5 min,the waterproof grade of finished fabric could reach level 4.5 and the static contact angle of the fab⁃ric surface could reach 138°.
