锦棉固色剂DM-2533的应用与实践

摘　　要：采用锦棉固色剂DM-2533对锦棉混纺织物进行一浴法固色,并与活性固色剂、酸性固色剂及活性+酸性两浴法对比固色效果。结果表明:DM-2533用于锦棉织物一浴法固色的效果相对最好,能将耐皂洗、耐汗渍、耐水色牢度和开水浸泡牢度提升至4级,且比两浴法固色节省时间,提高生产效率。The nylon/cotton blended fabric was fixed in one bath with nylon DM-2533 fixing agent,and the fixation effect was compared with that of active fixing agent,acid fixing agent and active+acid two bath fix⁃ation process.The results showed that DM-2533 had the best fixing effect for one-bath method of nylon/cot⁃ton fabrics,which could improve the color fastness to soaping,sweat,water and boiling water immersion of nylon and cotton fabrics to level 4,and it saves time and improves production efficiency.
